This is my first post to this folder, so I'm going to tell the whole story....A little over a yr. ago, when my car was only 3 weeks old, I ran off the road and did some damage! I was taking some corners on a windy back-road in the country and sliped off the pavement. I ran through a lot of mud and hit a couple big rocks. I had to replace the bumper, RF fender, and the outer rocker pannel. The guy who fixed my car is a friend and did a superior job. He was nice enough to get the dealership to replace a small part of the exhaust because it was dented. After I had the car back a few days, I noticed the passenger side exhaust looked low hanging under the car. Other SS's I've seen look similar, but it's a nagging question in my mind. Did the exhaust look that low from the factory?
Question: How close to the underside of the car should the passenger side exchaust pipe be? Mine sits away from the frame at least an inch and a half. It's a little unsightly...but maybe normal. Thoughts?
Thx, RHT
PS. My car only had 1200 mi. at the time...bad day!
