...I looked far and wide for a good quality steel 2 1/2 pound fire extinguisher that didn't cost close to $50.00. Finally ordered on through the local fire extinguisher recharge company for $29.00, and mounted it to my roll bar between the driver and passenger seat. Also mounted a seat belt cutter and a window punch within close proximity...I can easily reach them all from the driver's position...

I just ordered POR 15 paint for the rear end and axle along with other rusty suspension parts. Also ordered a small can of POR 15 gray to try an area on the garrage floor. If it works out well, I will paint the whole floor.
On the Z06 I have a billet aluminum coolant cover and a billet aluminim shift knob with Z06 on the top.

Dan, The POR will be spendy to do the whole garage. We're going with some aircraft hangar paint from the local Mson's supply. It'll cost <$500 to do our whole garage (approx 2000 sq. ft.).

The hanger paint is awsome stuff. It's epoxy based and dries smooth, hard and shiny. Only down side is that it's slippery when wet.

Just ordered 2001 LS6 heads and cam to complete my LS6 conversion on my car. That should provide me with about a total of 385 RWHP. That should be enough to shut up my friend with his Ford Lightening. Last mod will be a Progcharger with about 8lbs boost. That should finally bring me to about 450 RWHP.I'm sure at that point I'll need a 12 bolt Moser rear end. Boy it's a good thing I own an aftermarket performance company.
