Sorry for that delay in getting your packet. Our verifications came in slowly this round. SLP is busy this year!
All applications received the last week of July to the end of November are good through the end of December 2003. Your 2-year membership counts from the time I mailed the packets. Your waiting time was a freebee....you were still a member, but it didn't count against the first two years you paid for.
