Finally received my Chrome Ten Spokes from SLP, can't believe how much better the SS looks with them installed, makes all the difference in the world. Picked up on a neat little trick, the center caps that come with the Chrome Ten Spokes are different from the Painted Ten Spokes, but the Chrome Z-28 wheels have the correct cap and of course it is chrome plated and does not have any junk in the center to cover up, except with some nice SS Decals:

The center caps that come with the Chrome Ten Spokes are flat in the center with a red bowtie center. If you place a decal over the bowtie it does not look as nice as when you use the Center Capf from a Chrome Z-28 Wheel. This cap is just like the Painted Ten Spoke SS Wheel, which kind of makes more sense, and it gives you a place to put the SS decal, also there is nothing in the center to cover up.

The Center Caps that SLP sells with their Chrome Ten Spokes are different than those on the Painted Ten Spokes???? The Center Caps that are on the Z-28 Chrome Wheels match the Painted Ten Spoke Caps, and they are chromed. Have not figure out why SLP does not offer this as an option. The Z-28 Caps sure look right at home on the Chtome Ten Spokes.

While you're at it, get some real chrome lug nuts instead of the plain Chevy lugs with plastic caps.

try:

http://www.wheelreplicas.com and click "Accessories" or else do a web search for "gorillaauto" and look there. No use putting on those nice chrome 10-spokes and still having plastic lug covers!

Gorilla also makes awesome locking lugs
instead of using the GM lugs and caps.

Each lug is a triple chrome plated lock
so you have 20 locks instead of just 4.

I have been using Gorilla for the last
7 years!

Used a small amount of plastic cement on the lug covers when I installed the chrome ten spokes, have not had a problem.
Who keeps up with all those locks, heck I can't find just the one half the time.
