Who here uses OD with their high-stall converter? I'm curious since I am eyeing a road trip and want to bring the SS.

2002 SOM SS #277 T-tops, leather, A4, all GM options. Mods: SLP lid, Holley Powershot, LM exhaust, SLP CAI, SLP MAF, SLP bellow, LS1 Edit, 160 deg thermo, Vig 3600 stall, 3.73s and Nitto 555R Drags. Future: TR headers and GTP Stage 2 heads????

My car stays in OD 99% of the time. No problems. I only use D for long distances under 40 mph OR if I'm stuck behind someone doing under 40 mph going up a hill.

FYI: I'm running a ST3500 with B&M 24000 cooler.
