LS6 conversion, is it worth it? No flames now, all I need are the heads and cam.

Depends on the cost you can get it for. Its not a bad set up but you may can find better gains from other set ups at about the same price

Depends on what you're looking for. An extremely reliable setup with good power? Yes, it's worth it, don't even need tuning.

For me I'd perfer something around a 224ish cam with moderate lift (.56x) and some good ported heads. Of course I like a little lope.

Well I decided on ported LS6 heads and a Comp Cam Extreme Rpm 212/218/.522/.529.
