My RSVP is in. We'll be rolling into town on Wednesday with J.R. and his group from K.C. I'll have to get Steve to add Wednesday night to our hotel reservation.

For the hotel folks ... and this will be going out by e-mail later too ... They are honoring the group rate for Wednesday and Sunday night ... but ... you need to book quickly to make sure you'll get the same room.
Also, they won't do the hose thing for us ... they have had problems with it in the past Another good reason to be there for Thursday.

I just added Wed. and Sunday nights at Bowling green to our reservation.
We were thinking that if we rented a room for Sunday night, everybody who is NOT staying in town Sunday night(as we are not), can split the cost of the room, and could pile their stuff in the room during the show so they dont have to pack it around and to the show. Then we can just meet at the room after the show, and everybody can get their stuff, and away we go. Let HTWLSS SS or myself know, and we will start a LIST as to who the people are who are willing to go together and do this for Sunday, Sept 22nd.

I may take you up on the Sunday thing Steve. Having to pack everything into the car on Sunday morning was a PITA.

Erin, you will be safe for sure with that gang. I'll have to see if I can't organize my trip so that we can hook up along the way as well. I am leaving on Tuesday and plan on stopping in Ohio for Tuesday night then going onto Bowling Green on Wednesday.

Called the hotel and changed the days, got an email request back to Art hoping for a registration for it. I had to wait to confirm being able to get time off from work to get to be able to go in the first place. I don't really care if we can't get registered for the SSOA Thursday, we're still gonna be there on Wed evening, leaving out Monday morning. They told me $55 per night, is that what the SSOA "group" rate is? Not complaining, I just thought it'd be higher.
