Not in an F-Body, but I have a B&M ripper in my Z06. It is very firm and precise. First gear is tough for my wife to get into because the springs are so stiff but I really like it. Hope that helps a bit. Try paging Bolide on the general discussion board. I think he has a B&M but not sure which one. He might be able to help. I did run throught the gears in his car and I really liked it!

I have used the B&M shift plus (Electronic) on my Z for 2 years. I love the increased firmness of the level I and the ability to switch back to normal when the weather is cold so that the trans lubricants can warm up. The stage II is great for those crazy moments.

I had one on my 95(pulled it to sell, but never did) it definetly made a difference! Unfortunatly, they will not work with newer(OBD2, I believe) cars.

I had one in my 94.It only works on part throttle shifts because at full throttle you have full line pressure in the tranny anyways.Just don't have it on level 2 when shifting from park/neutral into any gear or it will really slam into gear.
