Well I know they were standard on Z28's and SS Camaros for '02. The V6 cars didn't get them. Not sure about the other model years.. or the Firebirds.

No, not all f-bodies came with power steering coolers. For the first couple of years of the LS-1, only the Camaro SS's, Firebird Ws-6 and Firehawk came with the power steeering coolers. I do not recall what year they became standard on all of them (2000-2001???)
However, it can be added by ordering the correct pieces from GM (in-line oil to water heat exchanger, new upper rad hose (two piece) new power steering lines, clamps and the bracket to hold it on radiator shroud).
