Hey, could someone hand me a fire extinguisher?

Anyone got any tips ? This is the first one in the SS, ![[Frown]](frown.gif) but my '94Z has had five. The last two I had to pay a mechanic to do, others warranty.
I'd rather do it myself but never learned window motors.
Any websites got this info?
