Well, I'm finally back online, we just moved into a new place, and finally got our phone hooked up.

Anyways, I've been real busy with work and the family, I really miss you guys, I wish I had more time to chat with you all like I used to.

The Pumpkin is still kickin' a$$ and taking names. I got a new goody in store, a nice ol' 150HP SHOT OF NOS, that should be on within a week, I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

I got my car dynoed last week finally, 'm pretty dissapointed, but it's ok I guess....

341 RWHP, 333.9 RWTQ

I gained a little bit of HP, but lost some torque, but I will MORE than get that TQ back with the NOS!!

I hope you guys are doing great and I will be around here more now that I can actually use my computer CYA!

I need to change the sig now.

Hey Scott...good hearing from you again. Man...NOS huh...that should wake up the ole machine 4 sure...not that it needs waking up though...it would still humble most of us here. Trying to decide whether to go the stroker route with mine or wait to see what '02 brings...

...think I'll wait till next year this time and make my decision then...

...anyway, between old man Greenspans antics, the .com crashes and the on-going never ending Dumb and Dumber show, I'm pretty much wiped out financially this year as far as expendable income goes, so I'll for sure be waiting to see what next year brings.

...anyway...good to see you back...

Have a GR8 1 dude...

Hey, welcome back! I got a new web site that you need to check out, http://www.derekc.cz28.com . I have been wondering where you have been. Let me know how the NOS thing works out, I have been thinking about getting it for my Z. Did you get the wet, dry, or what system? CYA!

One run on the dyno at 4500 miles and bone stock done at LG Motorsports (G2):
289.2 RWHP
308.0 RWTQ

Mods that have happened since dyno run: Flowmaster muffler only, G2 Air Box Lid w/emmisions filter, Mobil 1 5HP oil cap, Mobil 1 5w30 Syn. oil(gives it anywhere from 5HP to 30HP, get it, "5w30"), M1 label on order(another 5HP), "Camaro" fuel rail covers from MikeC (can't wait to see what those add on the dyno!), K&N, Free ram air mod, cold air mod, SLP decal from Orange Peel on rear and lid

Mods that are planned to happen within next 2 months: EGR mod, SLP STB, SLP MAF, Magnecore 8.5mm wires, after all that I will dyno it again. When dyno happens I will wait to install the MAF to see difference on dyno. I am also going to do weight reduction, I don't need rear quarter panels! LOL J/K I'm not really going to do any weight reduction.

Morning Scott, welcome back.

Can you shoot me an email with some info on your braided stainless brake lines. I'm looking to replace mine this winter, in anticpation of more track time next season. Had a blast in the last two events on some Hoosier 'R' compound tires.

Here's a shot comin up on an MR2 at about 80 mph, with a new Carrera on my tail

Mike - Maryland Chapter Director, MAFBA

A Zaino'd Hugger coupe, w/a Grey cloth interior and an A4. In addition, there's an SLP OEM Diff cover w/drain plug, SLP SFC's and PanHard Rod and BMR's STB that has been installed. It has the airbox raised for a little more fresh air with a Whisper Lid on top and fuel rail covers added for show. It has always run on Mobil 1. GMPP DuraStop pads on all four corners & GMPP front rotors help to control the 3510 lb 'beast' on the street and at the track. A current member of MAFB, MAFBA, NASA, SCCA & SSOA.

Richard - Hey bud, yeah I'm still loving the job. It's a lot of fun and I am learning a TON from working on the cars!!

Jason - Thanks, I wish I had more HP, but it will come one day

jimb0 - Yeah the NOS should be a real kick in the pants, I can't wait!! If I were you I would stroke the motor you have now, it will be MUCH faster and cooler than anything coming out in '02, even if there is a LS6 motor, yours would stomp it anyways

Collin - I'm glad you are enjoying the decal, I'm loving mine. Yeah the car should really scoot with the 150 shot, I'm hoping for mid to low 11's.

Scott - Thanks for the welcome back, I will be sure to post more often, sucks not being able to share my info and plans with you all.

Derek - Hey dude, I'll check out your site and see how it looks. I got a Nitrous Express 75-150 shot wet kit, better safe than sorry, gotta have the fuel I'll be sure to post the results, it should be great!

Mike - Hey buddy, looks like you have been enjoying yourself The SS lines are a weird situation. I can check to see if I can get more, my car was the first set we did, and I will have to check if we can do more, kind of a test mule

Steve - Thanks man, I hope you have been staying out of trouble around here hehe j/k dude! I'm glad to be back!

Hey Scott, I forgot to have you switch my old Camaro pics on your web site, I no longer have that car and you can use any good pic of my Z28 from the site. That is if we are still all on there. Thanks man.

Hey Scott,

You shouldn't be disappointed with your dyno numbers. Remember that your 4.10s are skewing the dyno by about 10 rwhp and 10 rwtq. I verified this on the dyno myself after having 4.10s installed on my SS. I lost 12 rwhp and 13 rwtq on the dyno. It was explained to me that the dyno calculations prefer a 3.50 gear. The 4.10s change the load the dyno expects at a certain speed. You would think they would have a correction factor built into the dynojet software to compensate for the different gear ratios, huh?
