The reason you can post under your other account is because I had you banned by IP from posting from Daystar(you are no longer there).
I just unbanned/reinstated your original SS RRR account.

I don't respond to trolls, but I thought I'd go on over the the 'hawk board to see what all the commotion was about. Seems the thread is locked.
Just as well, childish comments like that don't deserve responses.
I've found that Pontiac dealers are too snooty anyway, that's why i drive an SS. The Chevy dealer actually made me a good price offer. No Pontiac dealer would do that.

it depends on where you live. No one around here would deal on a Vette or an SS.
I ordered my Hawk at a gr8 price compared to the Chevy dealer........

So does that mean that everyone on the board that lives south of Edison, NJ is a "Yokel"???

That firehawk owner should remember the thing that makes his car awesome is the engine pontiac borrowed from our great SS! I have owned four T/A's and my 99 SS is the best yet. The SS legend will live forever. Slp has done a good job making the SS and Firehawk some of the best looking and running cars in the world. Hope all of my F-body brothers and sisters have a great holiday season.

That is very strange. I left Daystar back in May. I started the original "SS RRR" account w/ that board the very same day I was banned and that happened only a few days after that board made its changeover debut. Interesting to say the least.. anyway.. thanks.

That is because I am coming to grips in entering "old fart" territory..... LeSSe... I am the one who asked the other Firehawk owners if we should invite SS Camaro owners to the Woodward ave. SLP cruise too. I think that #1 was just trying to get a reaction from Camaro owners. The Firehawk board can sometimes be a little boring (that is, when compared to the SS board). You guys/gals have Catherine Wheel to spice things up. She has a natch for getting amusing threads started and getting otherwise dull threads going. Please realize that, in the Metro Detroit area, there are very few Firehawks and some of the other Firehawk owners wanted to keep this particular get together somewhat exclusive. Although the comment DID sound pretty bad, I think the intent was to keep the cruise exclusive to Firehawks, not to offend. Please do not take offense to what I'm about to say but I saw three SS Camaros yesterday driving down John R. I have not seen another Firehawk since the A2 SLP customer appreciation day last summer. I would like to have just one day where I can share the road with other Firehawks. However, I for one appreciate seeing other F-bodys as I drive, including SS's.
Dave H., DAMN! I don't know if you remember me. I was the 230 lb. bodybuilder at the Ann Arbor customer appreciation day last summer. I am a former personal trainer and my credentials are that I press 150 lb. dumbells on flat bench, incline and decline bench as well as 1,100 lbs. on leg press when I feel like it. I charge $50 per session if your interested. Hahahaha! Just kidding Dave! Cool sunglasses.
DLMCamaroSS, funny, when I was in Saginaw last week visiting one of my gym buddy's Simplicity Dealers, I did not see any Firehawks at all. I do, however, recall seing some SS's as well as some WS6's. It doesn't matter but I mean, it's just that I always look and I did not see any Firehawks.
Old Guy, I'm a "youngun" I guess. I paid cash for my first Firehawk and I'm going to be making the equivalent of Dodge Neon payments on the "01 Hawk because I want to build some credit. Oh, I'm putting myself through college too. And no, I don't know, how are we?
Please do not take offense to what I've said. This is my first time visiting this board and I do not want it to be my last. I love SS's and I'm thinking about getting one for the '02 model year and probably will if I can save the money. I am also trying to talk a friend into buying one. I think that it's a spectacular car!

I will definitly give it to you that Firehawks are extremely rare and that's great. I wish the SS was more rare than it is, but the fact that they included the WS6 took the whole "Firehawk only" idea away. I will gaurantee you that I see at least three WS6 to everyone one SS around here. I don't even care if we're invited or not, it was just a stupid comment and so I responded in an uninsulting, but factual way, and he sent me that waste of time e-mail to "prove his point". What exactly did he prove?
