Okay, didnt get many respones over at the SLP board but i really need to know. Does anyone have any info on the sway bar sizes for my 97 SS with the level II bilstein option. IM looking at autocrossing next spring and need to know if a 32 mm, and 21 mm sway bar set will be in my stocking this year. I'm already ordering the strut tower brace and need to know if anything else needs to be ordered. Thank you for any help

You should already have a 32mm front and 21mm on your car, particularly if it came with the Bilstein package. You may want to hold off on the strut tower brace; you actually want a certain amount of body roll to not "push" the front tires through the corners. Running R-compound tires will help performance and times ALOT more than the STB. FLEA 00 Hawk #147, SCCA Region 12 SS(Super Stock)#37

So can anyone recommend anything else i might need in addition to the tires. I've been looking at subframe connectors and panrod bars. i figure most of that is for strictly drag racing. Any ideas on making it handle even better.

I think that with the TTops you definitely want the brace and subframe connectors, body flex distorts all of your suspension geometry, aside from leading unwanted weakening of the chasis.

Ther are several on this board that attended the driving school and will have additional info.
