...the ones that Mike is making for everybody...

Can he make these fit a 2001 SS...and make it look stock?

Also, what's his e-mail address?

These could be the first purchased mod for the new ride expected in March!

hey congrats on the car. I don't know first hand but a lot of people had trouble fitting them on the 2000's and the engine is basically the same as the 01's. It was harder than he!! to get them on mine and the passenger side one is still sitting funny. I guess you just have to work at it, but when they do go on the will look awesome.

I'll get some pics of mine with the whisper lid and STB and the FRC's.

They will fit the 2000 and 2001. However, they were designed for the '99 I believe. They are a little harder to install on the 2000 and 2001 but they do fit. I have had mine for a while but they still aren't on. I am thinking about changing up the lettering some. I did have them mostly on once but I knocked off a vaccuum line on the drivers side which tripped the SES light. So I took them off to hook it back up.
The covers are the same as the Corvette FRC with the Corvette lettering filled in and a Camaro SS of Firehawk sticker put on. Mike also cuts them a little to make them fit our cars.
I hope this helps. I wish I had his email address but I think I deleted the message.
