Since the board has been a bit slow lately I thought I would start a pet thread. I finally got some pictures of Misty uploaded onto the web. We adopted/rescued her in March 2000. She's 10 years old and still going strong. She has adapted perfectly to her new home and has become a great companion for Joanne and I. http://www.members.home.com/barrance/Misty.html

Unfortunately, my only son is no longer with me. He was a 2 year old Norwegian Elkhound but we had to put him down. I just haven't been able to bring myself to get another just yet. In the meantime, this is what I give my attention too.

it goes to show that ss owners are animal lovers also and that makes me feel real good. i do not know how to get a pic of my two senior canines and two middle aged felines on this board but you can be assured that they are the best animals in this world!

Well, here's the two cats that we found at the humane society when they were little kittens in the summer of '99. Squeaky on the left, Whisky on the right. My fiancee also has 3 dogs and another cat living with her parents - all pets are 'rescued' - two of which literally from the side of the road.
