I know to some of you this may not look like much but it is a lot of work on a 4 year old car with 27K mi. I have a indoor show in Feb. Have to get her all cleaned up! You can see in the last pic where I stoped cleaning by the tranny, This is all being done an jack stands or with a jack ton of work laying on your back but I love it!

This is what I did- Leave them on,Clean them with brake cleaner Twice!, Tape them off with Masking tape and newspaper, Then 2 coats of Black Grill paint(like for a BBQ grill, then one coat of high temp Red Engine paint from NAPA, then a coat of Red Dupli-color engine paint, then another of the NAPA paint till I had the Red the color that I wanted! The reason that I used the 2 diff paints is that I couldnt find any that I thought matched good enough. Here is tha link to the pics when I did the painting> a year ago and 5K mi ago, I think they still look good http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=684399&a=10223990
