Woohoo!! The time has finally come to place the new car on order. I am ordering now for a mid to late April delivery. Here is what I've decided on,

01 Sunset OM SS, 6m hurst, T-top, ebony cloth, all options except cd-changer, dual-dual exhaust, bilstein suspension, SS mats, SS fobs & plaque.

As well here is a list that I am giving to the dealer of do's and don't. The sales dude says he'll write them into the deal to ensure they are followed.

- Call the moment the car arrive (would like to see it come off the truck).
- No one is to test drive the car.
- Do not wash or detail the car.
- Leave all exterior protective film on the car.
- Leave all interior plastic protection in place.
- Only perform safety inspection (fluids etc.).
- Do not fill gas tank.
- Do not install front license plate.
- If raining or snowing store the car indoors or deliver car to my place on a flat bed.
- Do not install the dash plaque.
- Do not put a dealers name sticker on the car.

Hopefully I am not missing any details. I will keep you all posted on the order number, TPW etc... I am so anxious, I can not wait until spring.

Barry

What dash plaque? The SS dash plaque, either standard or Y2Y is installed at production.

The wait is on! Congrats. It'll seem like forever, but well worth it.
