A Mechanic Friend of mine had a comment about me wanting to Paint my Brake Calipers.He said if they are Aluminum, painting would hamper the cooling ability of the Calipers. Wadda ya think ????

These are mine with 30K and about a dozen track sessions. I had just taken off the 'R' compounds to put the 'streets' back on when I took this. Nov '00.
Just make sure you clean them reeeeel good.

A Zaino'd Hugger coupe, w/a Grey cloth interior and an A4. In addition, there's an SLP OEM Diff cover w/drain plug, SLP SFC's and PanHard Rod and BMR's STB that has been installed. What brand/type of paint did you use to do that? It looks great, gotta do it to mine!

If you go to www.eastwoodco.com thats where I got the paint. part # 10175Z It resists heat up to 1200 degrees F. This is exhaust paint and seems to resist dirt build up too. I haven't cleaned them since I painted them. Just washed them off with the hose.
