Just replaced my stock Goodyear P275/40Zs with BF Goodrich G-Force tires. Wow! What a difference in ride! The traction / handling seems much better and these tires are much quiter than the F1s. I got these installed for $821.00 out the door, installed, balanced, etc.. Not bad considering i was quoted $1300.00 for the Firestone firehawks.

That last performance tires I drove regularly were the Goodyear "Gaterbacks" on my 3Gen IROC. The KD's are great!!!
apparently, the wear is close to the Eagles and the difference is the performance.

Glad to hear the good reviews. Mine go on tomorrow. Not that I will get to drive it for a while, but when I do!!!!

That is a great price as well. Mine are going to cost about 1000 all mounted and balanced!

Have a great weekend.

I haven't priced the KD's yet, but I've had very good luck buying tires from the TIRE RACK. You'll find their advertisements in any of the major car mags. The prices are really good and the serivce is excellent. The tires always balance up really well and I have never had any troubles...The tire dealers I have bought from in the past were very professional but for whatever reason, it seems that they always had to go through about 7 or 8 tires before they could get a set of 4 that balance or that wouldn't require 10lbs of weight on the wheel. Jst my .02

I just got a set of BFG g-force KDs:

275/40/17 were $270 ea.
315/35/17 were $285 ea.

I did a lot of searching and thats the best price I could find. I actually found a distributor that had them in stock. I think they're on national backorder 'til sometime this spring.

I just got mine through NTB in Manchester. They are great. No big break on the price. It was about 1100 out the door. I am happy with them.

Are those KDW's? I couldn't imagine that price for KD's. You can't even get them from Tire Rack for even close to that. Not to mention mounting & balancing.

Mine are KD not KDW. I don't know who you were asking but 1100 was the going price that I have seen.

Reading these posts makes me glad I ordered the KDs with the new ss. Now if the car would get here soon so I could actually drive it that would be great.
