I notice that there is a question as to the value of these Camaros....just a point of view if you will:
We know: There were over 20,000 1969 Z28s built...and over 34,000 1969 SSs built....what are those cars worth today? it may also interest you to know that the original COPO cars were not hot sellers in 1969...many of them sat for a long period of time....just ask anyone who was around the Yenko dealership in 1969...or 1970....or 1971.... Question: What is a '69 Berger, or Baldwin Motion, or Yenko worth today? What is a 1969 Z28 or SS worth today? I gotta think that any 2001 SS will eventually be worth something "extraordinary" in 20 or 30 years based on the fact that there will be less than 9,000 of them built......I guess my point is that you should never buy any automobile as an investment, alone, but rather to enjoy the ownership experience...I can tell you that the Berger and Earnhardt cars are well thought-out...and that they are fast...and they both have special names on them! Just my 2 cents.....which doesn't buy a lot these days! Hello to all!

I agree totally, but there will be some that are more equal then others...the 2001 Earnhardt will be remembered because of the year he died. There are some of the Brickyard and other models which will be more valued because there are fewer of them. For instance, of the almost 9 thousand 2000 SS's built, I think there were only 1500 with the same combination as #0031 built. There are others with even smaller numbers. those will definitely be worth hanging on to!

The people that have forked over $40,000 plus bucks for these very limited addition Camaro's, would gladly fork over another 40 just to have the Earnhardt Signed Editions. As for as the Berger units, they will have to wait for a long time, 20+ years to achieve the popularity or value of the Intimidator SS.
