I am planning on ordering a 2002 (SS of course), I am thinking navy blue metallic exterior. But on the interior, I can't decide b/t ebony or nuetral. My concern is that I don't know what the SLP floor mats look like with the nuetral interior. I know that I like the ones with the ebony interior.

Does any one have any pictures or details? I would greatly appreciate any help.

soon to be SS owner.

I've got the neutral interior and mats(though the mats have never been in the car) but no pictures of them. What exactly do you want to see? I could take pics and post them tomorrow.

I'd say Neutral. I always wanted the ebony leather on a pewter car, until I saw pewter w/neutral in person. Now I'm glad I got tan leather, it goes with everything.

Plus it really does look badass with navy, black and navy kind of clash....

Just my 2 cents!

I've got NBM exterior/black top with Ebony leather interior. I like it. I've got some pics at home that I can upload tomorrow.

Thanks everyone for your feedback.

poSSum, the main thing I want to see is the "SS" embroidery on the floor mats of the nuetral interior. Or if you can just describe them to me, I would much appreciate it.

amy00ss, your pictures would be a great help also, you may convert me back to blue on black.

thank you all!!

Happy cruising, tire smoking, going fast..., whatever, the SS is great for all occasions.

well I have navy blue with grey cloth (wanted grey leather but they don't offer anymore).

Anyway, remember, the interior of the car (dash, center console, etc) will be black no matter what color the seats are. So, you will have a 2-tone interior if you get neutral. If you get black, it will all be black.

I would say get the black, but then again, I am not a big fan of brown and blue. i am a black and blue kind of guy

whatever your choice is, don't worry about it too much. It will hardly matter when you get your car and drive down the road grinning from ear to ear!

I like the tan, the lighter color just looks better to me than the black. The SLP mats look better in Tan as well in my opinion.

Here are a couple of the exterior. The interior pics are on my zip drive and I didn't bring it with me. I will try to remember to bring it tomorrow.

The tan interior will be somewhat cooler on a sunny day. Besides, tan is the "natural" color of leather. The two-tone tan and black interior colors are pleasing to the eye, as well.

When I ordered my car, I really wanted polo green and tan leather. But, that color was discontinued. To me, white is too boring, black is too hard to keep clean looking, my previous car was dark blue and I wanted something different, I didn't want red in order to avoid tickets. The only color left was pewter, which I'm quite happy with. Kind of a pale gold, dust doesn't really show, so it stays clean looking, even when it's not. The leather is never too hot or too cold, and the Zaino leather in a bottle scent keeps the interior smelling like new.
