No joke......this is annoying:

Noise #1...when I put car in reverse, you hear a clink. (Driveshaft?)

Noise #2....when decelerationg to the 20 mph range you hear in the left or right rear a click, click, click. (Differential?)

Noise #3...a subtle rumble/vibration at idle, yet tach is steady. (The normal engine operation?)

OK...anyone else have these problems??
(My local SS friend experienced the same problems with her car).

Worth checking out at dealer or is this normal for this car??

Oh...this car is a 2000 auto trans,with 4800 miles on it.

Clunk going into reverse is normal play in the drivetrain.

Clicking on decelerating we would need to know more - not normal.

There is a very slight vibration at idle on most of our cars.

Funny you should metion it. I have all 3, and an A4 as well.

I get the clicking sometimes when I brake and /or go around a corner at slow speeds.

OK...good enough for me guys.
Thanks for the input.

I will live with the little sounds of this car. Maybe get a loudmouth to cover up those little "clink" noises.
