This weekend, Steve and I moved 11 (yes, eleven) full dumptruck loads (about 132 yards) of 3/4- gravel into our new garage foundation to prepare it for the slab. We hosed it, compacted it in stages, leveled it, rolled out the vapor barrier and set the mesh & rebar on spacers. As long as the pre-pour inspection passes today, we're ready for the pour on Wednesday. A large, vertical I-beam gets installed on Tuesday.
My muscles are soooooo sore. I couldn't get to work fast enough this morning just to be able to sit and relax!

"Mornin everyone. I went to a Dyno event in Corona on Saturday. Sat around waiting for my number to come up (#9) for several hours. Finally got my chance to do my first dyno (3 pulls) and ran a 308rwhp high with 325.6 torque. Was the highest for the day then after I left i guess there were some better ones.
