I fixed it. I just got a cable modem and set up Outlook to retrieve mail from both my ATT account and my new Adelphia account. The options were set up to leave messages on server. So, even though I was deleting messages from Outlook, they were saved on ATT's server. When I hit my limit, that's when it started bouncing them! Thanks.
