well i went to the race track at Portland International Raceway to learn how to drive my car to the brink of tire adhersion. i had so much fun and thankfully the weather held up. cy (obssd) was also there and happend to be behind me some of the time and recorded several laps from a camcorder in his car. says he is going to edit it for me, can't wait to see the final copy. on the second session out during the 3rd lap of that session, i accidentally spun out on turn one. the instructor had me enter it way too hot for my ability at that point, and cy got the whole thing on tape. pretty cool to watch. the instructor was very cool about it. he totally admitted it was his fault and was actually very impressed with my vehicle control during the skid and being able to keep the car on the track. anyway, just wanted to say i had a great time and can't wait to go again in the spring.

That is cool Nate. I went to an SCCA Autocross event this weekend. One of the guys in the club talked me into taking his '85 IROC around the track (warming me up for Bragg Smith). I was really nervous but had a lot of fun. I too did a 180!
