when you down shift. I got my Christmas present early and went to Bragg-Smith last week. It was the best. I got a chance to do hot laps with two instructors Victor and Dave. They both gave E ticket rides but Dave was all over the track and dropped a wheel. The SSOA decal on the Camaro driver front fenders was a nice touch. Was able to free lap in a 02 Corvette coup for one session. I willingly went back to the SS on my own. Merry Christmas to all. Phil

Glad you had a good time!! It is a blast! Did you give the Z06 a try?
Dan you are right on the money, it was dark hair Dave not Petrie. He called it protecting your line but I saw it as Dukes of Hazzard. Could not get in the Z as the Vet class would not give them up. I signed for the SS class. The instructors encouraged them to try a Camaro, but no. One of the Vet students back was sore and moved up to a Camaro for comfort. That is how Petre was able to give me the Vet for free laps. I must add that Victor seemed to control the car the best. Rupert did get by Vic only because he is the Top Gun.

Wasn't it fun to watch the different driving styles in hot laps. Ruppert seems to like sideways better!! He always takes a different line and it always sideways.
Sounds like you had a great time. I can't wait to go again!

I did my hot laps with the same Dave Wow! We were sideways, knocking over cones and darn near kissing the bumpers of the others. Got me smiling all over again thinking about it. Glad you had a great time!
