Good morning all. I went to take a 30 minute nap around 9pm last night and I just woke up a few minutes ago. OOPS. I guess I will be going in to work early.

Well - I guess that was your body telling you that you need some sleep. That usually happens between 2 - 3 p.m. for me. Tough to sleep at work though!
