I just traded in my 2001 Navy Blue SS (#2348) for a 2002 35th Anniversary Edition with lots SLP goodies.
I must say, it was worth every penny I didn't have.
My old SS was hot car. My new SS is scorching.
I just don't understand. GM cancelled the F-Body because they didn't sell. But I've now bought 2 in less than a year. Heck, I've only bought 4 cars in my entire life.
Question for Teri:
I noticed my SSOA member number (M01-2348) was the same as the SLP build number on my old SS. Does the mean I need a new member number?
For those who are interested, my 35th Anniversary Edition came with the following extras:
-345 H.P. Performance Package with Center Mount exhaust. -Bilstein Ultra Performance Suspension System. -Auburn High Torque, Performance Differential.

I guess I should have said, my new 35th Anniv Edition came with every option available except for ASR and g-Force tires.

If you send me your new VIN and SS info, I'll get a new Letter of Authenticity made for your new SS. Go ahead and fill out an updated membership application (link in my sig) and make a note on there that you're a current member, I'll update the database.
