Good News: June issue of CHEVY HP! There is discussions in GM on the 5th Gen Camaro.

Bad News: The Sigma platform they were thinking of basing it on is going to be full time with Caddy and Vettes!! This would entail building and upgrading of older plants to make Sigma platforms for a new f-body car! NOT!!!
Other option is to base it on the Pontiac Soltice platform.

Am I missing something here?

As I understand it the Cadillac CTS and an X5 wannabe are slated for the Sigma platform and will be built at a brand new plant in Michigan and the C6 and Cadillac XLR have a platform of their own and are being built at the expanded plant in Bowling Green.

On a different note I read somewhere that the Bel-Air Concept was built on a truck platform.

Bel Air is on the TrailBlazer platform with a Turbo I5.

Sigma is still the most likely platform for 5th Camaro.
