Crazy weather here on the weekend - severe thunderstorms and a tornado up north.
How about those 9 miners in Pennsylvania? Glad all 9 were rescued safely.

Watched the Corvette club run an autocross event yesterday. Someone had a 65-ish coupe with a Winston cup motor overpowering the 12" wheels all the way around...awesome to watch but way too overpowered for autocross.
The same club has the entire track today and Steve's out there as we speak with the '69 while Teri's hauling the support van.

Howdy!!! I haven't said hello for a few days.
I am checking in from the tower at Portland International Raceway during the Corvette track day. I hooked into a phone line here with a dial-up connection and will sit around looking official and like I belong here. There are a lot of cars running today and Steve is helping instruct the novice group (riding around with Barb in her C5 on her first track day).

yeah ok you know my driveway nate tell me where there is any shade in in. plus the fact that there are 13 cars in the driveway at all times and i would have to move them around just to find a shady spot and by the time i move them all around the sun would have moved and i would have to start all over again.
plus i dont wanna do too much to it, it goes to the body shop on monday. just got it back from having the rest of my mods put on. getting the car set up for next season racing. this season i will just be showing it. no racing right now. i wanna enjoy my new paint job! plus by the time i gt the damn supercharger on it the season will be over.
