Ran at the track along with Art and a couple other f-body folks on Saturday and had a great time. Was really amazed at the lack of traction on the stock Firehawk tires to go along with my lack of experience. Well, by the end of the day I did manage to run a 14.065 @ 101.94 on my bone stock vert. I was pretty happy with that for my first time out. Thanks to Art for the pointers and guidance.

It was a lot of fun. I'm glad you made it out
Dan ... I must be ... I don't think Bob staged with the back tires at all ... unlike some of us the first time in Milan Besides, you know the old rule "those that can't do, teach".

I have seen rear tire stage many times before. The driver wonders why the starter does not start the tree! LOL! Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

Is that how you guys get those great 60' times?
That is one way!I bet the top end mph and et would suffer due to the shorter track. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002
