I will bring the left over posters that I have. I used to give the posters away for free and just wanted the recieving person to pay for the shipping and the shipping container. Ended up costing me time and money. Very hard for me to find time to go to the post office to mail them out when I work 11+ hours per day! If Dennis Barker from Berger Chevrolet is at Bowling Green, you may want him to sign it also! Just look me up when I get there! Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

I WISH I was going to BG...... A bit too far for me. I would gladly pay $$ the poster and shipping. I know going to the PO is a PITA though.....

Actually, it's likely to be 2400 +/- 100 on the way there and 2700-ish on the way back
Thanks, Cy.....that leaves even LESS room for "it's too far" comments. Posts: 7198 | From: Near Portland, Oregon, USA | Registered: Feb 2000

i'm surprised he did not say something like, 2351 miles or 2698 miles for the way back. Posts: 1579 | From: Portland, OR. | Registered: May 2001

I thought there was a bunch of these posters from their weight. They are made from a thick paper and I only had 4 of them when I counted them. Maybe Berger Chevrolet will provide more or I will have to find a creative way to give them away to make it fair for everyone that wants one!

Now wouldn't it be fun to be a trooper with us If you met us where we both join up with HWY 70, it'd be 200 less miles for you.

The posters are an odd size. They are 25"X 25". Most poster frames are only 24" in one direction. I got one 24X36. I will have to cut a little off the poster to fit.

do you think that if i called Berger Chev. that Dennis could send one to me. or does he only give them out to people who buy Berger SS's?

I have cut the poster frames several times to make the poster fit without damaging the poster. The frames are plastic around the edge, plexiglass and the backing is like a masonite material. You can cut them down with a razor blade. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

That would not hurt to give Dennis a call. I was told that Berger only printed 300 of these posters originally. Don't know if that is 100% true! Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002
