Just got my November issue of GM High-Tech Performance. I have to say it's my favourite automobile magazine.
Quote "Make sure you put Scott Settlemire in charge of the Camaro program!"
and..... on page 31 a photo of Ken Collings Comp T/A. A nice spread of the SLP day in N.J.!
Finally - am I the only one who could care less about the baseball strike?
Have a great day!

Good morning! I saw that issue 2 weeks ago! Pretty cool. I too could care less about baseball and the rich players that want more money. Let them get a real job like we all have. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

Before the last baseball strike, the Blue Jays had 40 to 50 thousand fans in attendence at Skydome in Toronto. Today, they're lucky to get 10 to 20 thousand. If there's another strike, there's no telling how many more fans will lose interest.
I really enjoy the Northern League Ball we have here in our cozy 6,500 seat ballpark. They operate with a salary cap in the $90,000 range ---- for the WHOLE team.
Y'all have a great day, eh

No interest in the baseball strike here either. Like Art said, we can watch some very good Northern League Ball here with players that eek out a living just like the rest of us.

I didnt even know they were supposed to be playing ball, let alone the fact that they went on strike! Now if NASCAR went on strike, we would have a huge problem! Posts: 1443 | From: Lake Oswego, Oregon | Registered: Dec 2001

Good morning all. Bad internet service again! Adelphia is really starting to pi$$ me off!!
Have a great day. Who cares about baseball. They could finish themselves off by striking this time. At least some teams may not suvive. But, show cares anyway.
As long as they don't start applying for the jobs that I am trying to get.
14 days till I have to cancel my trip to BG. Hopefully a job offer will come up before then. There is some real hope!! Say a prayer for me that I will get an offer and then I can buy all my friends a beer in BG!!
