I'll try to be there as well... As for our trip plans, a couple things to think about: - WHERE do we want to end up Tuesday eve?? (places of interest we can shoot for?) (place to set us up to 'intercept' another caravan on Wednesday??)
- Return trip plans??? ...Yeh, I know we didn't even leave yet, but we should consider mapping something out for the return trip. Can be discussed in BG, but we should think about something, ...especially since there will most likely be more people

Dont think I can make tonight..... just let me know when and where Tuesday morning.
as far as our first stop Tues night... distance from I-84/Rt 17 to NCM is 986 miles via Skyline Drive. If we stopped after 500 miles, we are landing around Lexington, Va near I-81/I-64 intersection, basically not far from the end of Skyline.
Coming back, a more direct route would save us about 100 miles.
General directions for the way back: I-65 --> I-71 --> either (I-70 to I-76 to I-81) or (I-76 to I-80)
I will have my laptop with my mapping software and GPS... so once we see who is heading back to where, we can nail down a route back.

Trust Chris's mapping!! He did a great job navigating us home from Ohio. If it weren't for the guy who had to drink 2 gals of water and take pee breaks every hour, we could have been home a lot sooner!!
