Today's interview went well. They need to talk to a couple of other people as well then they will let me know. I think I have more experience in a big company than they were looking forward, but we will see.
Interview number 2 is tomorrow morning at 9:00. Better not lose any teeth playing hockey tonight!!
I'll let you all know how it goes!! I am bringing you all with me!

Ha ha, I'll even bring Gino! All my characters are with me!!
Thanks all, I just want to make some money so I can go to events and see you all. Besides if an out of work actor loses his hair, what happens to an out of work support guy after a whole year??
Things will work ou tthe way they are supposed too.
Prayers are especially appreciated and if I can be so bold, I would like that they align with mine. Mine is to find a job where I can make money for all of my family and to help others too. I pray that my job includes whatever God's work for me is. Mostly, I want to know what the heck that is, so I need Him to tell me!
Thanks again! Posts: 5946 | From: Litchfield, NH, USA | Registered: Feb 2000

Thanks all. Interview today went well. Now it's sit and wait time. I am particularly hopeful about today's. Not a management job to start. I have done a lot of that and now I am ready to do real work . I would be setting up an interoperability lab and doing interoperability testing on a IP Telephony over cable box!! I hope I can actually do this individual contributor work. I am even ready for long hours and weekend. Been a long time since I have been in that pinch. It is exciting when you deliver!

Wheel's crossed Dan. A friend from my old place of employment interviewed here at my new place this week. Hoping we can bring him in, he'd be a big asset. I hope things work out in both cases. Seems in these times, they are a lot of people available with great skills, companies don't seem to recognize their real assets anymore.
