Went to the MFBA drags with Rock on the weekend. Met poSSum and Mrs. poSSum there. We saw some real neat cars and several 11 second street machines. Typhons, Cyclones etc. quite interesting indeed.
Have a great week, work hard - prosper.

I unfortunately spent most of the weekend getting up close and personal with the axles and undercarriage of my 96 Imapala SS....found a bunch of rust developing at the seams on floor pan...so a 4 wheel brake job turned into a POR15 on the underbody job.....yes that's right, Gino's fault. Morning all! Had a great weekend. Heard from one of the places I interviewed at this morning. They have one more candidate to interview and that is next week so I have to wait another week to hear anything from them. I am getting anxious.
Have a great week.

Had a totally uneventful, 60 hour, 1900 mile round trip to the Route 41 Drag Strip ... all the transactions we travelled for went smoothly ... and like Hawkeye said there were some cool cars at the track ... including a Nissan Skyline .. right hand drive and all ... that was running in 12's for sure if not 11's.
Y'all have a great day, eh
Hawkeye ... everything go smooth at the border?

No problemo at the border senior poSSum! That Skyline ran in the 11's even though it coughed and sputtered a bit. My son Ben had seen them before, it was my first one!

I just got the last of the straggling new member verifications in. Will be printing LofA's this week and sending them to SLP for signature.

We drove down in the Envoy ... the only way I could think of to bring back 8 wheels and tires. Hawkeye and Rock were in the 'burban.
We should have been there sooner and raced ... a Z71 finished 2nd in the bracket racing. Posts: 4222 | From: Winnipeg MB CA | Registered: Feb 2000

Top o' the marnin' to ye. It's pretty much status quo here, but luckily the norm is usually pretty good. Have a great day everyone and happy waiting, there, Dan (hopefully the outcome is worth the delay).

Not such a great Monday for us here in Virginia and it looks like it is not going to be back to normal here until the Sniper that is still on the loose is caught. Schools here were closed today and will be closed again tomorrow because of this man or these men.
Was only 5 minutes away from Saturday's sniper shooting in Ashland, Virginia and was unable to arrive home until 2:30 am thank to the fool that is doing this.
Please keep everyone in Virginia, DC and Maryland in your thoughts and prayers.
