Well if you insist, give me 5 mins and I will get on with the famous Submarine. By the way, it will be moved to the side of the new garage that will be in the cleared out area if I ever get back to work. Nice to hear from you stranger. Your memory is scary!

You haven't painted that thing yellow yet? It's going to take a few years for that Arborvitae to grow tall enough to hide the submarine.

That will be the driveway to the new garage where I will put the 69! ...... If I can ever find a freakin job. I am actually starting to get a little down about it now. I need a Happy_Dan fix.
The garage is going to have thress large doors (tall too so I can fit different things) and probably two cars deep. The exisitng garage will be for daily drivers.

How many basketballs have your dogs destroyed, Dan? Do they have enough to play with? I count 4 out there.

Can't get away with anything around here. The boys like the tennis balls better than the basketball's. There has to be a couple of dozen of them around out there.!

You had that chipper working overtime! Looks great. The best was Grace saying there were places in her own back yard she's never set foot on!

Looks really good. After the garages are done, you can call it your 'estate', or the 'Happy Dan Manor'.
Hope to see you at LRP in Nov. I'm making my plans this week for the trip up.
