Getting slammed with sleet, snow and freezing rain here in Virginia. Lost electricity earlier but now have power back.
Did manage to get the 2002 and the 71 home in one piece from the Asphalt Angels Car Show yesterday. The 02 took first place and the 71 took second place in their division.

Like Chris said, 20 - 24 inches expected. If it weren't the end of winter with me anxious for spring I'd enjoy it.

We dodged the big storm up here. Friends were supposed to drive back from Myrtle Beach S.C. on the weekend, but are currently stranded somewhere between here and there.

Well, 2 feet of snow here and counting in Harrisburg!!! My SS is outside and I CAN'T see it at all!! And I'm still realy sick so I cant go out and help my dad which I feel bad for. At least we had a snow blower. Once I get better, it's igloo time. Have a good day. Hopefully I'll get better.

Good Morning. Still snowing here. Suppose to get 2 ft or more. Had to did out my heat pump last night at midnight and again this morning. It was covered with a 4 ft snow drift. First I had to shovel out my outside door, which had a 3 ft snow drift in front of it. Will try and get out tomarrow. This really sucks. Come on spring.

But at least Mikee won!
Ditto on the anti-climactic. I was going to stay on the treadmill for the whole race ...it wasn't so bad but if they had gone 500 miles Ida been toast
I'm still trying to figure out why an old fart like me cheers for "Junior". I really need to learn to pull for one of the "old guys".

What's a heat pump? We have a propane fired gas burner.

Think of a heat pump as air conditioning in reverse. It works on the same principle expect it takes "heat" or energy from the outside air and rejects that heat into the house.
Of course, it works on the assumption that there is some "heat" in the outside air to extract!! This is not always the case in parts of Canada in the winter.
