Finally this car is out of my shed.It has been since August 2000 that this car seen daylight.Took the Noah Wolf cover off and it was not dusty. The wheels got muddy from rolling it thru my back yard (darn boy would not think to do this when the ground was frozen). The built 305 that was in here was sold in August 2000. He bought a replacement bullet that should do the job.It is a 1970 LS6 454 crate engine that a friend bought new in 1990 and had a performance shop balance/blueprint,file fit the rings and deburr the pistons, install a larger cam, true double roller timing chain,Moroso 8qt. oil pan and pickup, port the factory rectangular port open chamber heads and GM aluminum intake manifold and rework and flow the 800 cfm Holley carb. Almost $2000 was spent on at that machine shop on a brand new engine that was never fired up.Forged 11 to 1 pistons and forged crankshaft,4 bolt main block. This Berlinetta should be a blast when completed. http://pictures.emcamaro.org/niagara/im001503.jpg[/img]

I have noticed in the last couple of years the 2nd Gen Camaros have been bringing more money than in the past. I guess not everyone can find a nice 1st Gen for cheap so they are moving to the 2nd Gen Camaros. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002
