Good morning all! Had the Z06 in work yesterday. Maybe a chance of rain to day so back to the truck but it is warm and snow is still melting!!
Hey Sizzle how do I insert smiley faces (the graphics not the colon, right parenthese) in an outlook message. Someone told me to hit shift-colon-parenthesis all at the same time. It doesn't work for me. Some option I have to turn on to allow them????

Dan; I use MS Word as my MS Outlook editor. Word has an 'Auto Correct' option where you can specify symbols to replace one or multiple key strokes. Mine is set up to replace :-) with the smiley face.

Good morning everyone.. I got a package from the big brown UPS van this morning.. Its seems that my Stage II 6.0l heads are in.. Now I have everything and can't wait until the 12-13th to put everything on..

As John stated, if you use Word as your email editor (something I don't like doing) it will change the colon ) into a smiley face, AutoCorrect should be on by defaul unless your IT department has a custom build for Outlook. To use Word as your editor in Outlook goto Tools, then Options, then Mail Format, tick Use Word as Editor.
Also, it can be done a different way but it's more work. Change the font to Wing Dings, hit Shift j for a smiley. K and L I believe give you different ones.

Al i can say is what a beautiful day here in central PA. Low 70's, i swear it's like the most perfect day ever. Too bad I have to spend it going to class. The new Firehawk SZ50's are so sweet. Totally like night and day. Haqve a good one!
