some wicked storms last night around here, but no snow! Lots of thunder and lightning. That means spring has sprung!
Took the SS out yesterday - first time in months, had to boost it. Time for a new battery, probably will just head to Sears for a Die Hard.
Have a great weekend friends. Play hard be safe.
God speed to the troops.

Good morning! Brian, good chance that the battery ran down from all of the body modules that constantly drain off power. My SS started but the green battery eye was black. Charge the battery 1st and see if it will hold a charge. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

We missed the rain over night, but there's a chance of snow flurries on the weekend.

I am NOT having a good day so far. (Refer to "It's all Gino's Fault" post) Despite that fact, nice day, gotta work inside. Oh and since I work in the mall at a bank, right outside, they are showing off a Monte Carlo SS (Dale Earnhart ed.?) Didn't get to really see it yet. I'll take pics Monday if it's still there.
P.S. It's nice taking the SS for a spin....365 days a year!
I had to move the SS around in the garage (1st time since October), and the battery was low, but not dead yet. About 10 volts. Put a charger on it for awhile. I guess the batteries in our 99's are starting to get weak. They will usually last about 5 years in a car used daily, and its harder on them to sit and not get used. The bad part is, when I replace it, I will no longer have my ORIGINAL battery! Hmmmmmm, wonder if anybody rebuilds batteries???!!!! Posts: 1443 | From: Lake Oswego, Oregon | Registered: Dec 2001

Sorry, it's the Jeff Gordon Limited Production Monte Carlo right outside here. Anyone know hoe much it goes for? I"ll have to take pictures then, pretty sweet looking.

I tried the charger for a couple hours, it seems the battery was too low to take a charge.
I've been thinking of getting a Delco original but never had any luck with it. I've always had good luck with Die Hards.
