Thought you might like to know......................

CHEVY HELPS SUPPORT OUR FRONTLINE TROOPS . . . Two lucky sailors
onboard the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln will receive a
Silverado or an S-10 Pickup as part of a Chevrolet promotion designed
to keep morale high for our frontline troops. The servicemen and
servicewomen on the aircraft carrier have been stationed in the
Persian Gulf since June. Upon their return, representatives from
Chevy will be on hand to present the trucks, as well a
"behind-the-scenes" weekend at a NASCAR race. Members of VSSM will
have the opportunity to sign banners that will be used to drape the
trucks before their presentation. "This is just one small way that we
are able to express our thanks and goodwill wishes to the U.S. troops
that are participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom," said Tom Suman,
promotion manager ? Chevy Trucks. The promotion is part of
Chevrolet's ongoing support of the U.S. Navy. Earlier this year,
Chevy Trucks threw a Super Bowl party for about 25,000 servicemen and
women on five aircraft carriers, including the USS Abraham Lincoln.

I don't see the other auto companies doing anything like this. [Smile]
