Yesterday, I got a call from a friend who is looking for a 35th Anniversary 6-speed T-Top Coupe. It doesn't matter if it has additional SLP content or not, and it's o.k. if it's used, as long as it has been taken care of properly. A base 35th is fine as long as the price is reasonable.
Have any of you seen one in your area for sale? Those of you who have dealer search options....could you see what you can come up with?

I searched for a Z4C 35th Anniv. Camaro, and there are none in Ca, Or, Wa, Id. What state is your friend looking in? You can always call me and I can search while on the phone with you.

There is one of the GMMG performance modified 35ths at Carl Black Chevy in Kennesaw, Ga. They have two and I believe one is a 6 speed. Of Course you will pay a premium, seems I remember around $41,000 and they won't discount them.

Doug, We already know there aren't any in the Pac NW, but thanks for checking anyway. We're looking to see how many are still out there in the rest of the U.S. He's not opposed to having it shipped here, but that will be a factor in how much $$ he has available to spend. A base 35th is o.k. as long as it's a 6-speed T-Top car. He doesn't want to get gouged or pay $43K for one listed in California. MSRP is as high as he wants to pay.

It's because of that one that our friend called us.....he already looked at it. It's a base 35th Automatic w/ 10K miles and they still want $28K. Too much $$ for the miles and lack of SLP content in my opinion.

Unfortunately I think right now SS Cars are holding their value well from what I have seen. I'll keep my eyes open though... Have they checked Ebay. I've seen a ton of cars for sale on there....

He doesn't have a computer right now, so I told him I'd put out a message on the board and see what our friends across the country have seen.

I second the ebay advice. I have seen a few go for what I thought was real cheap a few months ago. I know, ebay and cheap rarely go together! Maybe they just seemed cheap after buying ours new for MSRP
