Well I am sad to say but the SS is sold. We needed a new daily commuter car but could not afford to keep the SS and buy a new car. So the SS is going to a new home here in Ottawa. The new owner is car buff as well so the SS should be well taken car of.
That's the sad new, the good new is the new car will be a new 2004 Maxima SE in Majestic Blue with black leather interior. Here are a couple of pictures. NOTE: This is someone elses car our is still on order.
Even though the SS is gone I will still be here on the Chirpthird site.

I work at a Nissan dealer here in Ottawa and could not turn down the price they offered it to me at. If it's any consolation the 2004 Maxima is built at the brand new Nissan plant in Smyrna, Tennessee. All previous years of Maximas were built in Japan.

So sad to hear about all the SS's being sold . I know times are tough and unfortunately some have or are losing their jobs and may have to let them go. Hopefully things will change so everyone can keep their pride and joy.

As much as we don't like to see people have to give up their Camaros, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
Nissan seems to be "getting it" in terms of product to offer. I'm sure you'll enjoy yours for what it is.
