Posted this on SLP board but wanted to share with my SSOA buds. Talladega SuperSpeedway had this deal where you could drive your car on the Super Speedway. It was a blast. Started to bump draft the pace car to speed him up but didn't want to scratch my SS grill. We did run the last lap at 90 MPH. The SS had a LOT left for that Pontiac pace car if he would have taken it a little faster!!

Hey Bama that is absolutely cool man. I wish they did that here in Michigan at the M.I.S. I would love to take my SS over there and have some fun on the track.

How often does Talledega do this?

This was a ticket promotion and it was the first time Talladega had done this. The deal was you had to either buy or already have tickets to the EA Sports 500 in September. I have had tickets for several years so I went over and checked it out. I only live about 45 minutes from the track.
