Installed the BTS bilstien kit. Car looks nice with the lower stance. Although the SLP Y pipe hits nearly everything now. I am now installing the Comp Cams LS1 valve springs, retainers and HI-tech push-rods. Have all ready found three bend push-rods [Eek!] in the right bank and one skinned finger [Mad] . Will keep pluging away, probably finish some time Sunday.

PS does anyone know the torque spec for the rocker arm?

According to the service manual you should torque them to 22lb ft (30Nm)

The total is in. 7 bent push-rods!!! The left bank is a lot easier than the right to work on. To think the car was still pulling mid 13 sec passes on the 1340. Goes to show the potential of the 3rd gen small block.
