Author Topic: I just got back from Lime Rock ... 99 HOSS I turn left.....and right! Member # 109 posted                       ... last night, an man was it miserable. Rain, rain and more rain. Then later in the day it rained again and then cleared near the end of the Trans Am race. Here's some pictures, I'll have more up tomorrow from the events. Mostly from the Speed World Challenge and Trans Am races. The Trans Am race was supposed to be 66 laps but was cut short due to several full course yellows to pull out several competitors from the mud. The 'safety car' was a new Jag, 'R' model. Our Z06 WC GT car didn't fair too well in the race. It didn't want to turn all day, so half way thru our race, it wound up in the 'lake' next to turn three. Started 20th, finished 15th. # 13 in the points standings after the two races this past weekend. Glad to be home. [ 29. I watched the Trans Am race and old number 78 still amazes me!!I know it sucked for the weather but it was fun to watch on TV. Had to finish the SS. That is a great track. Would like to go to the Ferrari challenge.
