On Monday evening,a good friend of mine,Matt (MY02SSLE on the SLP board)came over to my house before our Camaro Club meeting. He said that he had a gift/early birthday gift for me. I was handed a box and when I opened it,to my suprise was some Brickyard 400 items and NHRA items I have been wanting to collect for a while now,but have not seen available.Matt got me (2) 2001 Brickyard 400 Race Programs with unused score sheets,(2) unused Indianapolis Speedway Flag Lot sticker/passes and (2) complete sets of the 50th Anniversary NHRA door decals and red background decals that were used on every 35th Anniversary LE Brickyard 400 after the Brickyard 400 race event. They are the last 2 new sets of decals in existance! All I can say is a huge THANK YOU to Matt (MY02SSLE) for going out of his way to get this stuff.I still can't believe it!
Here is the pictures of the items.
Here is a picture of what the 35th Anniversary LE Brickyard 400 looked like with the red decal covering the Brickyard 400 decal and the 50th Anniversary NHRA decal over the red.

I won't install these on the car...but they may make a nice display board.
I'll install them! Cool stuff!
Even though they look great on....... In a nice oak frame to display I think would keep them away from AAA-holes that cant seem to let anyone have anything nice Posts: 3091 | From: Canton Mi. | Registered: Oct 2002

I have an old dry erase board that I may apply the decal on. A framed board would look nicer. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002
