My buddy out here in California is looking for a ls1 engine for his old hot rod he is buying next week. He is looking at around 5000, and would like included: a long block, wireing harness, automatic tranny, and all the accessories(power steering pump, alternator, things like that) If there are any leads out there, let me know. I told him to be weary of ebay, because on something that expensive, I would rather have a better source than a person that I dont know, who lives across the country. Here I know that everyone here is friendly, and not looking to just make a buck.

--------------------
2002, Navy blue, T-top, T56, Black interior, K&N air filter, CAGS, SLP lid, SLP Mass airflow, new SLP smooth billows, Borla exhaust, SLP strut brace, Panhard bar, SLP FAI, Power antenna, LE1 upgrade, SLP subframe connectors, 4.10s, Baer rotors, SLP Torque arm, Kooks Headers, and lots of Zaino.

When my GMC truck is out of warranty,I too will be looking for an LS1 to install in it. Then I will change the side emblems on the truck from "SLS" to "LS1"! I plan on getting a running wrecked Camaro for the donor parts. [Cool]

There is a vendor on ebay called fparts...it is a junkyard in PA that specializes in f body and corvette parts including engines, they seem pretty good (good selection and ratings) ... good luck!
