The Bowling Green event...could someone explain what this event is? Is it open to ALL f-bod's, etc???
Also, what all events are there? Is there a car show? Is this event held every year? I would like to attend next year. Is it held around the same time each year? Do you know when next year's event will be?
Sorry for all the questions...I would like to plan for this next year, but we need to start planning now...especially the money thing

Last year we kicked off the weekend with SSOA ThurSSday. We went through the Corvette Factory for a tour, had National Corvette Museum access, went for a drive to Dinner, and then went Go-Kart racing.
The rest of the weekend, there were seminars and speakers from significant people in the F-body field/industry, autocross, drag racing, tours through the country-side, banquets, photo sessions, an auction, awards, and all around good time, giving people the chance to reunite with friends made through the internet and meet new ones.
The 2001 event brought in around 300 cars, the 2002 event brought in around 600. We're still shooting for 1000 F-bodies, so do whatever it takes to make it.
Registration info is still in process and will be posted on the NCM website soon.

Yeah, they need to get 1000 cars so the Fbodfather will quit smoking! Which reminds me of a sad story... one of my bosses (who I like) and is a CHAIN smoker maybe has cancer.... very sad! So we need to help scott kick the habit!

We had a BLAST!!! Did not want to come home Loved the beach and could have stayed there for days! Next year we are planning on the Bowling Green event! We just sold our boat so we are planning on adding another SS to the family!!! So, next year there should be two cars there!
